"The K.I.S.S. (Keep It Short, Silly) Concept for Social Media Videos" with Jeremias "JMan" Maneiro

September 14th, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM - 2 Elective Hours

In this session, participants will evaluate the different social media platforms and identify the best ways to effectively represent their clients in the real estate transaction while still maintaining their fiduciary duty. Social media best practices will be discussed in order to comply with the Code Of Ethics and avoid misrepresentation or copyright infringement when producing short form videos as well as curating image based content to represent our clients best interest, enhance the professionalism of the real estate industry while providing exceptional service to clients across all social media platforms.


"The Foundations of Form Simplicity" with Kaz Cisowski

September 14th, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - 1 Elective Hour

This class will cover the basics of Form Simplicity: Setting up Preferences; Adding, Editing and Importing Contacts; Creating Folders and Uploading in My Files; Adding, Editing, and Previewing Clauses, Creating Forms Packages and working with the Blank Forms Library.


"Real Estate's Crystal Ball - Big Data & Predictive Analytics" with Jeremias "JMan" Maneiro

September 15th, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM - 2 Elective Hours

In this session real estate professionals will gain the tools necessary to predict the future using big data. We will discuss and demonstrate how to find listings and provide exceptional service to clients in a market where the houses for sale are way down. The participants will leave with the five ways that predictive analytics can be used in real estate to identify who is more likely to sell and deliver exceptional service to the consumers that are looking for it.


"Optimizing Your Workflow with Form Simplicity" with Kaz Cisowski

September 15th, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - 1 Elective Hour

This class will cover how to improve your Form Simplicity experience with timesaving tips on how to start a new transaction. Once a transaction has been created, you will learn some of the countless features available in the transaction detail page such as Importing Property Data, Inserting Clauses, Tasks, and Archiving Completed Transactions.


"Work/Life Integration Essentials" with Neil Ihde

September 15th, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM - 2 Elective Hours

Work/life balance is an outdated concept. In an on-demand world where we are constantly available, working with individuals in different time zones and all over the world, the idea that work has a set time that begins and ends is now the exception and not the rule. We need a new paradigm in how to approach and integrate work and life that reflects our goals and values. Working smarter, not harder involves prioritizing the minutes in our days and applying our values in how we live our lives.


"eSign and Close with Form Simplicity" with Kaz Cisowski

September 15th, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - 1 Elective Hour

This class will cover how the student can create documents through eSign v.2.0 by using a simple wizard interface, email those documents for signature and receive confirmations fast to a successful eSign experience which is Secure and Compliant. After creating a transaction, the student will learn how to capture signatures online with Form Simplicity’s integrated signature solution and will view the eSign session from your client’s perspective and understand the steps they need to complete a transaction.. The student will also learn how to create and use custom eSign templates for the personal files you have uploaded into Form Simplicity.


"4 Secrets to Becoming a S.T.A.R." with Neil Ihde

September 16th, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM - 3 Elective Hours
