"Marketing, Advertising and Social Media"- This class is intended to provide real estate licensees with an overview of state laws and regulations concerning marketing and advertising in the real estate industry. Upon completion of the class, students will have a strong understanding of the legal requirements for various forms of advertising.

"Communication, Negotiation and Conflict Management"- This class will educate real estate licensees on the components of the negotiation process during a real estate transaction and will assist attendees in managing  a real estate transaction when there are misunderstandings or disagreements between parties. Upon completion of this class, students will understand the general process of a real estate transaction and how to conduct themselves with a high level of professionalism in order to communicate effectively, minimize conflicts, and negotiate terms of agreement – A WIN-WIN SOLUTION!

"Getting a Yes Out of a No Situation"- This course will cover the principle of Sales, Negotiation, and Integrity. Certain human principles such as honesty, integrity, fairness and the golden rule are timeless and can be profound when using them in your business techniques. Although,  a lot of sales is talk a lot can be seen and told by nonverbal communication between you and clients, you and other agents, and most anyone else you come in contact with. This course will cover when a situation goes sour and how some clients will reach a "fight or flight" response and how to manage in theses situations. This course will cover negotiation techniques and specific sales that will be beneficial for real estate agents to build a business that understand's their clients needs and steps to take to get the most out of any situation. 


" Master the Paperless Real Estate Transaction" - 3 CE Hours

At the completion of this course, the student will be able to:

·        Successfully navigate electronic web-based transaction software

·        How to identify system requirements to ensure a reliable platform

·        Successfully fill out client’s state approved Real Estate related paperwork in an electronic format

·        How to import MLS/Tax record information into new and existing transactions

·        How to edit and change existing documentation in an active transaction

·        How to electronically manage Real Estate paperwork in a web-based application

·        How to archive and store all Real Estate related electronic paperwork for long term storage and compliance

·        How to create and manage electronic clauses

·        Create electronic package for documentation that will be used to create Real Estate transactions quickly and smoothly

·        How to submit completed transaction files to the broker via the Broker Review feature which allows the broker to reduce risk and remain compliant

·        How to utilize the collaboration paperless feature which will allow outside parties and clients to add negotiation comments to the shared forms and files and the real estate agent will easily track negotiation comments from all parties and keep all the information together in the transaction real time.

·        How to effectively correspond with clients via print, e-mail, faxing, sharing and electronic signatures

·        Effectively create, manage and store electronically signed documentation

The night of September 11th will take everyone back to the roarin' 20s to enjoy some giggle water, table games, and company of old sports and doll faces. Dressing in your favorite styles from the decade is encouraged. A costume contest will be taking place along with a photo booth.
