With more than 35 years of experience in the Real Estate and Technology industries, Kaz has trained both newly licensed agents, as well as seasoned veterans in every aspect of technology as it relates to Real Estate.

Having worked for over 23 years as a trainer and computer repair person for MLS vendors and the Director of MLS and Education for a local association, Kaz has the “boots on the ground” experience agents are looking for.

In addition to his experience with MLS vendors and Local Associations, Kaz was also an active REALTOR® before becoming a Form Simplicity Trainer. Also known as “The Guru” of Real Estate Technology, Kaz provides in depth, easy to understand, training on Form Simplicity.

With over 25 years of industry experience pre-planning and responding to facility continuity and disaster recovery challenges, operating and training within the Cleaning Construction and Restoration Industry. His experience includes planning, selling and managing restoration projects and CAT disaster response. Steve DeBlois strives to constantly improve himself and assist others. He considers himself fortunate to be within an industry that is focused on improving the way it helps customers, clients and team members.

Steve’s experience began as a Mitigation and Cleaning Technician working nights and weekends, then moved into to Sales, Sales Management, Training and Business Development.

Steve has worked on teams to develop then implement a Business Development Program for new business owners. This program assisted with Cash-flow management, Development and Implementation of a Marketing plan, Production of Services, and Administration. The program was designed to ensure even inexperienced individuals can succeed in a competitive market place.

Currently Steve is the Senior Continuing Education Specialist for the Number 4 franchise system and largest Mitigation and Cleaning company in North America offering more than 100 Insurance and Real Estate Continuing Education classes each year. Steve is approved in most states and Canada to instruct CE classes.
