2024 Legislative Statement

The Wyoming REALTORS are deeply committed to our mission of protecting private property rights and the ability of Wyomingites to own homes.

During the 2024 Legislative Session, we ask that you continue support for the creation of a unique constitutional tier for residents, effectively separating their property taxation category from corporate business. Wyoming must maintain low, manageable property tax rates to support economic development and address housing shortages.
