Hello Wyoming REALTORS and Affiliates, I've attached a report from the first 8 days of this split Wyoming Legislative session. Normally by now, we'd be half way through the 40 day session. But we all know this is not a normal time. The legislature met for 8 days in a virtual session and only took up Joint Committee bills. We only had two bills during those 8 days. Bills are still being numbered and new ones are popping up daily. I've put together the attached list of the bills that we are aware of to date. The committees will meet to hear bills that have been referred to them the week of February 22nd. We do not have a schedule yet, but we will have several bills being heard that week. Please watch your email for Calls to Action. They will require your immediate response. In most cases, we will only have 24 hours notice. When I get the notice, I'll send a call to action to members who's legislator sits on the specific committee. With the call I will attach the YouTube link so you can watch them live!
